Welcome to Roaming Wild Adventures, a brand of Roam Wild LLC ("RWA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the RWA website (roamingwildadventures.com) or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US dollars.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or waitlist option.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur.

3. Orders and Payment

  • An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Payment is processed securely through Squarespace. We do not store your payment card details.

  • By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order. Free shipping may be offered as part of select promotions.

  • Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve it.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Satisfaction Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the full policy on our website for details.

6. Discount Codes and Promotions

  • Discount codes apply to eligible products as specified in the promotion. Not all products may be eligible for every promotion.

  • Only one discount code may be applied per order. Codes are not stackable.

  • Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • RWA reserves the right to expire, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without notice.

  • Misuse or unauthorized sharing of private codes may result in the code being deactivated.

7. Workshops and Events

This section will cover workshop registration, deposits, cancellation and refund policy, weather and force majeure, participant conduct, liability and assumption of risk, and any health or fitness requirements. This section must be finalized and reviewed before RWA accepts any workshop registrations or deposits.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the RWA website — including text, photography, graphics, product designs, methodology, and branding — is the property of Roaming Wild Adventures and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • The trademarks "Roaming Wild Adventures" and "Rewire in the Wild" may not be used without prior written permission.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written consent.

9. User Conduct

When interacting with our website, email communications, or social channels, you agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior

  • Misuse discount codes or promotions

  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access

  • Post or share content that is defamatory, harassing, or unlawful

10. Limitation of Liability

  • RWA products are provided for personal use and creative practice. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, RWA's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
